Each month volunteers from across Alexandria come together to help our neighbors who need food assistance, emergency financial aid, and so much more.

Our greatest volunteer recruitment for July is with our food program. ALIVE! distributes 100,000 pounds of groceries to more than 3,500 families each month, but in order to meet this need we need your help.

If you’d like to help sort food donations, prepare bags of groceries, or help to distribute food at our last Saturday events or pop-up events please sign up today.

Thank you to everyone who helped out at the June last Saturday Food distribution events. The pineapples were a huge hit!

We are looking for volunteers to help out on July 30th in a variety of positions and locations.
