ALIVE! Program Wish Lists

Some of our programs currently need various items:

ALIVE! House Needs

  • Quad office machine: printer, copier, scanner, fax
  • Four (4) laptop computers
  • Bus tokens and/or Metro cards
  • Volunteers to
    • Sew seams on a mattress
    • Organize our collection of handouts, flyers, pamphlets, etc. (file the papers in protective sheets in a binder, create a table of contents or index. This task could be done at home or in the ALIVE! House office.)
  • Household supplies: extra-long sheets and pillow cases
  • Cleaners: bathroom and oven
  • Laundry supplies: bleach, detergent
  • Toilet paper
  • Paper towels

Family Emergency Program Needs

  • Cereal
  • Peanut butter
  • Jelly
  • Canned meat

Nonperishable food can be dropped off at the First Christian Church, 2723 King Street, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM weekdays. (If the food closet at the First Christian Church is full, please go to room 18 or, if you need assistance, ring the buzzer. This will help keep the foyer at the First Christian Church neat and orderly.) Thank you!
